Toll manifacturing of electronic cards with PTH and SMD technology for small, medium and large series.
The production is divided into two lines:
- The PRODUCTION OF SAMPLES AND PREPRODUCTION (up to 50pcs);
- The STANDARD PRODUCTION (over 50pcs per lot);
In both cases, the production can be realized after internal/external design or account work.

Each stage of production is done with the utmost care, ensuring the traceability of the finished product with an identifying name-plate and accompanied by a certificate of production / control or, if necessary, test.

A.C.I. Automatic Insertion is also able to offer complete outsourcing for its customers' supply.
The use of outsourcing is based on a partnership with the customer and can be an effective solution to achieve high levels of flexibility by delegating the management of tasks of less strategic importance, such as the production of sheets or subsets.
