The PTH components assembling (Traditional) is partly carried out with the use of automatic inserting machines, such as the UNIVERSAL and the TDK, and finished manually.
The PTH assembling takes place with the insertion of the pins (rheophores) of the PTH components within the holes of the printed circuits specially designed for this process.
The traditional components are assembled with special radial machines by qualified personnel; it follows a modern welding machine with double wave of tin (Lead Free) that completes the cycle of assembling, and that is able to guarantee a high production capacity.
The assembling service PTH has a production capacity of 32.500 components/hour.
The visual inspection after welding with traditional vision systems anticipates the functional testing of printed circuit boards.
